Official Dataroom Launch Following National Property Firm Success

27th June 2017

We’re delighted to officially launch our virtual dataroom system following success with property consultancy firm

We’ve put the finishing touches to our unique file sharing product following development with national property client, Allsop LLP. Known as a virtual dataroom, the product was initially developed for Allsop’s national investment team to help share information about client deals, in a secure and cost-effective way. However, having seen the benefits that the system provided for Allsop, we developed the product into a wider business solution, which we launched in April 2017. Speaking of the new dataroom, Mark Dansky, Associate Partner at Allsop said:

“We’re delighted with the system that Huddle has developed for us. Not only did they develop an innovative solution to match our needs, they also went above and beyond our brief, helping us to interrogate our needs to develop something truly bespoke, on budget.”

Allsop regularly handles large quantities of high-ticket investment deals and property portfolios, so the resulting virtual dataroom was developed with secure file sharing and additional tracking functionality built in. We’re pleased to have helped Allsop achieve their aims through the development of this product. The virtual dataroom was designed to make file-sharing more secure, less complicated and easier to use, with a brochure-style interface that supports branded pages. Dansky continued, “The dataroom system produced for us has streamlined the due diligence process, made us more informed about investors and increased our value proposition for leads and existing clients. Huddle provided an excellent level of service and we continue to work with them to build upon the system.” Since launch, our virtual dataroom continues to develop with the addition of two more clients including an assisted living technology business and an architecture services consultancy.
